These terms are valid when a competition is in progress.
By entering this competition, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms
and conditions.
Eligibility: The competition is open to anyone aged 16 or over who is a resident of the UK, USA
or Canada, and has submitted a valid email address.
Duration: The competition will run from 2 February to 2 April 2010.
Prizes:The names of participants will be entered into a draw from which winners will be chosen at random. The game is divided into two stages.
Each time a participant plays, his or her name will be entered into a weekly prize draw in which he or she can win Amazon or
Barnes & Noble gift vouchers. At the end of the competition the names of everyone who has played the game will be entered into a final prize draw.
The draw will take place on 2 April 2010 at 12 pm GMT, with the winner receiving a Kindle.
The winner will also have the option of substituting the Kindle for a pair of high-quality pink (female) or black (male)
leather boxing gloves instead. The name of the grand prize winner will be posted on this website as soon as the winner has responded to our
notification and has provided us with a mailing address. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a new draw will take place.
Events may occur that render the awarding of prizes impossible due to reasons
beyond our control. We may, at our absolute discretion,
vary, amend, suspend or withdraw the prizes with or without notice.
The decision of the judges is final. No correspondence will be entered
into in relation to the competition. No cash alternative will be offered as a prize.
Your personal details will be retained and used in order
to send winners their prizes and, if you consent, further information.
Your personal details will not be passed on to any third parties.
